ok, 1st day of nationals is over. well...nats wasn't as hectic as winter classic, so it was pretty ok... i was doing the receptions and well, lets just say u really do meet many different types of people. the name list was slightly screwed up today, because the list that alison printed was in the wrong order, but nevertheless, debbie, condrey and i managed to resolve it.
stupid fuji. they dont have enough manpower so they just closed the rink for the rest of the day. just bcos there is no one at the counter AGAIN. wth. towards the end of the competition, we all managed to catch the taiwan pairs skaters doing their practice for tml's exhibition. lemme tell u all this. it is fuji's glory that their blades are even touching the ice here. they are so damn good, well, to me at least, they are the best pair skaters i've ever seen. condrey probably have seen the russian world champs do better. darn. and anyway darls, you relax.the time will come when we can skate pairs. i know so.(=
and speaking of condrey, i really do not know why he likes to leave wilson out during our lessons...and although i know wilson might be a little slower in understanding things, but why is it that my memories of skate lessons onli haf dan and i in it? its getting scary. i don't like to be left out too, and so i dont wish that wilson feels left out... i mean, no offence on this post, but yeah...im just saying what i feel...
