hm, im in business law class now. class is interesting, but, haha...i just feel like blogging now... lolx. sighs, my wda report is nearly done now. and i hope my business law presentation goes well too. a SISA event this sunday at fuji ice palace, teaching kids from homes to skate. oh well, hope that it will be an eventful skate day. speaking of which, i havent gotten my np jacket yet... im fighting all the urge to buy a new jacket cos i keep telling myself to wait wait wait for my ngee ann jacket!! T.T il seriously bring this topic up next comm meeting...
and speaking of comm meeting, i've just realized that there are so many things that the committee needs to improve on. like the way of meetings, delegation of positions, and also how the committee solves problems. we need to discuss this all...why? because i really want to see the next committee strong, so as to keep ISAN strong. make it stronger.
build up isan so that it will be a very strong club, very organized. where everyone will feel dedicated to the club. i just realised the seriousness of this, and i want to spread it to the club, if not, at least the committee.
we do not hold positions in the club for the sake of it. even if we do now, let us change that thinking and come to this understanding that everyone has (and will have) a part to play in making isan strong. let us set this strong dedication to making isan last, to see it grow, to see it flourish. even more if we are committee members.
and not just because we simply "make sure everything goes smoothly, then step down, pass to the next comm, close your eyes". ensure that the sub-comm, the future of isan, has the same (if not more of) burning passion and dedication towards the club.
i am sure we do not want to see a club we love so much go into decline. i dont. so let us start the changes now, because it is never too early to implement the changes.
okay, that was a little....dramatic. but hey. it was really what i felt should be done. and i will really try my best to bring up all these points to the comm.... although i know im holding just a small post, but i believe its for the best of the club.... and i hope that the committee will recognise this common goal and really work towards it together. i hope they see this.
